One of my favorite things to do is sew. I love to create something out of nothing. I’ve been sewing since the age of 11, and I really enjoy teaching other people how to sew. I create window treatments, including draperies, cornice boards, and Roman shades. I make pillows of any size, and cushions. I have commercial machines and can repair boat seating and boat covers.

Upholstery is an exciting skill! My work has included museum pieces of furniture and a variety of sofas and chairs. I enjoy teaching upholstery and my students have told me that they had a great time breathing new life into old pieces of furniture.
